Teams @ Epique
Epique supports busy teams like no other brokerage in the industry. From first-class benefits, to support staff, we help make team leader lives easier every day.
Family/Domestic Teams:
These are 2 person teams. These teams get to share a cap ($15K) and get to contribute to mutual success. These are often spouses, but can also be sibling teams, etc. Family teams also get the added bonuses of having a low monthly fee ($199) while keeping separate individual benefits like Healthcare and Car Washes.
Traditional Teams:
These are teams of 2 or more. Traditional Team Members get a reduced monthly rate ($99/mo) and a reduced Commission Cap of only $10K. Team members still get to participate in our Power Award program, even though they have a reduced cap. This means they can earn up to their $10K back in Company Stock at the end of the year.
Power Teams:
These are high volume teams doing $40 Million+ and 175+ Transactions per year. Power Team members get a low $5K Cap, and a reduced monthly fee ($99). Like all Epique Agents, they get the opportunity to earn the Power Award status and earn up to their $5K back in Company Stock at the end of the year.
